explore different techniques of meditation followed by guided meditation that will be conducted by Shri George Romney.
Why meditate? Meditation is one of the five principles of yoga. It an
important tool to achieve mental clarity and health. We must realize that
meditation is the disciplined art of tuning into the deepest and most subtle
spiritual energies.
It’s not a fad. It’s not a novelty.
Consistent meditation will open you up to the intelligent energy
that pervades the Universe, and little by little, your inner peace will begin
